The Our Side Hospitality Summit is an event that is the first of its kind in the Northwest, and we are telling the stories of local industry pros who want to change our community for the better through the food we share and the places we gather. Not only that, but you get to eat their food!
Through a series of powerful talks, we will answer questions like: What inspires you in the kitchen? How can we improve working conditions for employees? What are the ways that the Inland Northwest is innovating in the industry? How can you go from surviving to thriving as a creative professional in the service industry?
We want to help draw out conversation and share new ideas that can change the future of hospitality.
This year's theme centers around influence - how can the digital revolution change the future of food?
